T-Cred -- Twitter credibility as it relates to someone # of followers.

When people claim 5000, 10,000, and 20,000, sometimes it's truthful. However, in many cases it's not. In many cases it's because someone has sat for weeks clicking the "follow" button on people they really have no clue about with the hope that those people will, in turn, follow them back motivated by the egocentric desire to look super popular and important on Twitter. So, if someone claims 5,000 followers and they follow about the same number, I'd seriously question their T-cred.
So, here's a simple litmus test of T-cred. Take someone’s “following” number and divide it into their “followers” number. If it’s roughly 1 to 1, then no T-Cred for them. But, if it’s 1 to 2 or better, then they've got good T-Cred as a thought leader.
